There's no giant historical database you log into. The infrastructure is built and running (parsers, scrapers, scoring system, data source integrations), but we set it up custom for you during the 3-4 week onboarding, configured to your criteria, markets, and strategy. The dashboard you log into on day one is populated with live deals filtered to what you'd actually buy.

CoStar is a property database - comps, tenants, ownership, market data; you still have to find the deals yourself. Trepp and CRED iQ go deep on CMBS, but CMBS is only about a small chunk of CRE debt - bank, life-co, and private debt aren’t there. We do the finding and scoring of every deal against your buy box, and pull from: CMBS, county records, REIT filings, broker channels, news, and more.

Yes - opportunities include borrower/owner contact details (name, phone, email where available) plus loan servicer info for CMBS.
